Six items from Majora’s Mask found on a tropical island.
Fish: While traveling Termina, Link can find small colorful fish swimming around in shallow pools of water. Using a bottle to snatch one up, he can then feed the small fish to one of two fish in the Marine Research Laboratory. If he feeds one fish enough fish, it becomes large enough to eat the other fish and Link will be rewarded with a Piece of Heart.
These bottled fish are separate from the ones that Link can catch at the two fishing holes in Termina.
Surrounding the isle of Talo San Diea is a horseshoe-shaped coral reef that is a wonder of natural beauty as well as acting as a natural breakwater for the island. The reef boasts a prodigious variety of sea life, including no less than three species of vibrantly colored jester fish. The jester fish make their home in stinging anemones so catching on is a rare opportunity for the fish collectors that ply the reef.
Seahorse: Link can free a seahorse that has been caught by a fisher in the Great Bay by giving the fisher a good photo of the Gerudo Pirates. When set free, the seahorse asks Link to save their friend from the Deep Pythons at Pinnacle Rock in exchange for a Piece of Heart.
Known as sea ponies, these diminutive sea horses are no larger than a person’s thumb. Local legend says the sea ponies are unapologetic gossips and are glad to repeat any juicy rumor they hear around the island. This seems to be a way to explain the great difficulty anyone faces trying to keep a secret on Talo San Diea.
Zora Eggs: The lead singer of The Indigo-Go’s had her seven eggs stolen by Gerudo Pirates under the advice from Skull Kid. These eggs are extremely sensitive to changes in temperature and the baby zora inside could die if they are not returned to temperature-controlled water soon. Four of these eggs are on the Gerudo Pirates’ ship, but three were knocked off the ship and are now in the Deep Python infested Pinnacle Rock. When these eggs are taken to the Marine Research Laboratory's specially designed aquarium, they hatch and reveal to Link the notes to the song needed to restore their mother’s voice.
The well-protected tidal basin between the island and the sheltering reef is home to a community of mer peoples that arrived fleeing a calamity that destroyed their home. Usually, such a group would stay hidden beneath the waves, but the overwhelming generosity of the people on the island has eroded the stony isolationism of the mer folk tribe. One thing they will never tell an outsider is the secret location of their hatchery, where the next generation of the tribe grows under the watchful eye of heavily armed guards.
Milk: Milk restores some of Link’s health when drank. Link does not drink the entire bottle of milk in one draught, so he gets a few uses out of each bottle. Milk can be obtained directly from the cow for free or he can purchase milk at the Milk Bar.
Talo San Diea is a relatively small and hilly island jutting up from the sea like a grassy turret tufted here and there with small groves of trees. The uneven terrain has made keeping large livestock all but impossible for those regular people who cannot afford to own one of the few large flat tracts of pasture. For the rest of the island, goats provide the meat and milk that is a staple of their diet and provides materials such as leather, horn, and wool vital for crafting many of the items needed in everyday life.
Chateau Romani: This special blend of milk is only available for purchase at the Milk Bar for the high price of 200 rupees. This extraordinarily expensive milk completely refills Link’s magic power and it also allows him unlimited use of magic power during an individual cycle. You can also apparently get drunk off the stuff, so that is something to remember before you start a night with a tall glass of super milk.
Widow’s Watch is a hilltop estate that the locals avoid due to the owner of the estate being a well-known necromancer and eccentric. Having pioneered the field of necro-shepherding, the wind-scoured pastures of the estate are grazed by flocks of ghost goats. The estate is the sole producer of ghost milk, ghost cheese, ghost butter, and all other ghost dairy products.
