Six items from Ocarina of Time two alchemists would use.
Kokiri Boots: Link’s first pair of boots. These boots somehow fit child and adult Link equally well.
Before becoming known as the Falling-Star Alchemist, Sonya Li was famous for her kickboxing skills. She never officially competed for a title, but those that watched her spar believed she was the equal of any fighter. She earned the Falling-Star moniker with her thunderous kicks enhanced by impressive alchemy.
Iron Boots: When Link wears the Iron Boots, his walking speed is reduced, he does not slide on slippery surfaces, and he sinks to the bottom of bodies of water. The boots must be magical because they do not slow Link down or hamper his swimming ability when they aren’t equipped. Another option is that Link has a bag of holding style container which explains how he can carry so many things without a visible backpack.
In her duties as a state alchemist, Sonya Li must combat the enemies of her sponsor, the military. When the Falling-Star Alchemist has to fight rogue alchemists she reinforces her boots in heavy steel bands inscribed with transmutation circles. Employing such weapons against anyone other than a trained alchemist would be an unthinkable crime.
Hover Boots: These boots allow Link to levitate. Frictionless levitation allows Link to avoid ground-based hazards such as quicksand and running water but leaves him vulnerable to external forces.
Only once in her entire career has the Falling-Star Alchemist ever needed to release her full power. In fighting a colossal golem created by a doomsday cult, Sonya was unable to break through the creature’s diamond hard skin. She was forced to over-charge the reactions empowering her attacks, destroying the golem and also breaking most of the bones in her feet.
Goron’s Bracelet: This bracelet gives child Link the strength to pick and throw bomb flowers. Adult Link does not wear the bracelet so we can assume that Link is strong enough to pick and throw bomb flowers without magical assistance.
The Closed-Fist Alchemist is the heir to a famous family of alchemists. While most members of the Briggs family are natural alchemists, the Closed-Fist Alchemist struggled to master even the most basic transmutations. To assist their battle transmutation, the Closed-Fist Alchemist secretly commissioned a master alchemist to craft bracers inscribed with transmutations circles too complex for the novice alchemist.
Silver Gauntlets: This pair of gauntlets give Link the strength to lift and move many heavy objects like statues and boulders.
Even with the illicit bracers, the Closed-Fist Alchemist failed the state alchemist examination for three consecutive years. The compounding failures sent the unsponsored alchemist into a deep depression. Eventually, they turned to human transmutation to overcome their perceived inadequacies. With minor modifications to their bracer, they were able to successfully complete human transmutation, killing the soldiers assigned to watch them after their most recent failure.
Golden Gauntlets: The golden gauntlets allow Link to accomplish truly legendary feats of strength. With them, he can even lift the black stone obelisks that block his way in the final temple of the game.
Now a rogue alchemist, the Closed-Fist Alchemist has greatly advanced the field of human transmutation. They have extensively modified their original bracer to allow for near-instant transmutation of living victims. With their well-known mastery of the forbidden arts, the Closed-Fist Alchemist has cast an inescapable shadow on the Briggs family’s reputation among alchemists and the military. It is only a matter of time before a civilian newspaper can piece together the identity of the Closed-Fist Alchemist.

Since I based the gauntlet drawings on the Strong Arm Alchemist, I thought I would steer directly into the FMA theme instead of trying to somehow avoid it.
Please use my work personally as you see fit, but do not profit off my efforts without my consent.
Be excellent to everyone.
