The final five items from Oracle of Ages found in deadly finales.
Sacred Soil: This is the fifth Essence of Time Link gathers. He must defeat the smoke demon Smog in the Crown Dungeon to recover the sacred soil.
Most avoid tombs and barrows for fear of disturbing the slumbering dead. Even the threat of shambling corpses and vengeful spirits was not enough to keep adventurers away from a newly opened barrow rumored to contain an untouched treasure behind an impossibly long entry corridor. Many eager bands of adventurers have entered the non-euclidean tomb and none have ever returned.
Lonely Peak: This stalwart Essence of Time is the sixth to be recovered. In the Mermaid’s Cave a dire octorok guards the essence.
Mountain peaks lure a certain kind of person, usually in possession of more daring and less sense than the average person. Some peaks are so high as to loom on the horizon for leagues. These summits are so difficult to conquer that most die in the attempt.
Rolling Sea: The seventh Essence of Time is held by the living god Jabu-Jabu. Unfortunately, Jabu-Jabu is sick so Link must climb inside the massive fish and defeat the parasitic jellyfish that are guarding the Essence and causing Jabu-Jabu’s illness.
Most people who visit the Summer Sea take advantage of its ever warm waters to rest and relax away from their demanding lives. Some travel to the Summer Sea in search of the strong and often temperamental winds. Of the few thrill seekers willing pilot sailboards past the sight of land, there are always some that never return.
Falling Star: The eighth and final Essence of Time. Link must journey to the center of the Sea of No Return where he must venture into the Ancient Tomb. In its deepest reaches, Link must destroy a titanic stone golem that guards the final essence needed to breach Veran’s barrier surrounding the Black Tower. Only with all eight essences can Link finally confront Veran and hopefully save Labrynna.
We had no idea that the motes of highly energetic matter were the eggs of celestial beings of incomprehensible might. We were too busy exploiting the motes to power our expansion into the galaxy. Now the things that brought us out of our dark corner of the universe have all but ensured our total destruction at the hands of vengeful parents.

That’s it, that is every item from Oracle of Ages. At least I think it is most of them. I know I didn’t do hearts, rupees, pieces of heart, and heart containers. Those weren’t on the wiki page where I pull my lists from. Let me know if you think I missed anything else. I would also love to hear which item in this set was your favorite and why.
Next week I will post the link to the complete collection of this card set. After that, we will be heading to Vasu’s shop to identify the many different magic rings Link can find during his adventures in both Labryanna and Holodrum.
Don't forget, you can always see every completed set of cards under the collected tag here.
