Setting the standard for a true modern spy, Rouge is an entirely private espionage agent that is only loyal to their most recent contract. Their expertise for infiltration and disguise as well as their keen memory made them the perfect candidate for their current assignment. They were hired by the Commission to infiltrate a military research center to steal or sabotage the results of a decades-long secret research project.

Not every spy is a dashing thirty-year-old dressed in formal wear. Many spies are unassuming children whose eyes, ears, hands, and pockets are largely ignored by the sea of adults they swim through. This young spy was contracted by the Commission to courier messages in and out of an embassy compound.

Sometimes work calls for a fine scalpel and sometimes work for a sledgehammer. Obsidian is an expert in elimination and destruction on any scale. They have been hired by the Commission to eliminate a local official, cause a dam to fail, and ensure a specific document is permanently lost.

The Commission usually employs only freelancers for hands-on espionage, but they do have a small team of permanent agents loyal to their agency. A pair of twins were once members of this permanent team until one of the twins began to question the motives of the Commission directors. The defecting twin is the only case of an agent leaving the Commission’s employ with their life, and some in the Commission believe that the remaining twin assisted their sibling’s escape.

Most pilots and drivers hired by the Commission are contractors who are not told any details that they do not need to know. Sometimes, a mission requires expert driving skills along with security clearance and general espionage expertise. The Commission contracted this driver to ensure a sensitive package arrived at a secure destination without any unwanted attention.
