The final five fish from Majora’s Mask 3D from a pirate island.
Nuptuna: Spotting one of these tuna is an auspicious sign for newlyweds. This may be easier than you would expect as the nuptuna is attracted to special occasions and celebrations like weddings. Link can attract the fish with an aura of imminent nuptials by wearing the Couple’s Mask and then cast a sinking lure near the platforms of the Ocean Fishing Hole on the first and third days of his adventure. For full disclosure, I had been reading this fish’s name as neptuna, as in Neptune and tuna, instead of nuptuna, nuptial and tuna, until a while into me writing this post.
Beaked tuna are one of the fastest fish in the ocean. With a top speed of almost 43.5 knots, few mundane creatures can outrun them in the open ocean. With that in mind, the dread pirate Genevieve l’Rouge takes great pleasure in keeping a school of trained tuna to chase down prisoners escaping from her island stronghold.
Savage Shark: The apex predator of the Ocean Fishing Hole, this shark is fond of eating other fish. Link can only catch the shark by reeling in another smaller fish near it as bait. As it spends most of its time in the deeper waters, Link must use a sinking lure to get his hook low enough to catch this monster.
Genevieve l’Rouge found that training sharks was much more difficult than training her tuna. Even with the help of naturalists, druids, and magisters the loyalty of the sharks is only maintained with a steady supply of food. She continues to search for a way to assure she has total control over the razor-toothed hunters.
Skullfish: These fish may be either reanimated skeletal fish corpses or just strange emaciated fish with bony spines. Either way, if Link encounters one of these out in the Great Bay they are hostile enemies, but in the Ocean Fishing Hole they are docile fish that can be caught at night while wearing the Captain’s Hat near the entrance to the open ocean. The Captain’s undead appearance may support the idea that skullfish are undead, but they may also just be really into the whole undead scene.
Among academics well versed in the subject of undeath, there is a lively debate on whether creatures spontaneously returning as the undead is a perversion of the natural cycle or a natural part of a much larger and complex cycle. Whether they represent a natural phenomenon or are evidence of some disruption to the natural order, Genevieve did not intend for the waters around her island to be home to schools of undead fish. On the dark nights beneath a new moon, the schools swell to such incredible numbers as to make the waters around the island all but impassible.
Termina Seabass: These fish get around. They are the most common fish Link can catch in the Ocean Fishing Hole and appear to be closely related to both the freshwater Termina bass and the Hyrulian bass. These fish can be caught on any day all over the Ocean Fishing Hole so they are probably going to be the best way for you to lure some of the more predatory fish like the Savage Shark.
This lone sea bass is a legend to the pirates making their home on Genevieve l’Rouge’s fortress island of Celeste. Measuring at least three meters long and weighing as much as a cow, this monster fish has bested all those foolish enough to try to catch it. Genevieve had adopted the fish as a mascot, in part to honor its tenacity, but to also stop losing her best anglers to the beast.

That’s it. We made it. That is all the items in Majora’s Mask and Majora’s Mask 3D. Let me know in the comments which were your favorite or if I missed one.
It is always nice to get to these points. I like to look back and reflect on how I have improved in time. Looking through the drawings I did for Majora’s Mask, the floating head for the poe soul and the plank shield for the hero’s shield are my favorites from this set. The crappy fish for the termina loach and the sad attempt at haunter for the greater poe soul really were lacking. I still have plenty of room for improvement.
Next week I will post the collected set of cards in one convenient file. You can check out all of the completed sets I have already posted here.
After that, we begin working our way through all the items in the Legend of Zelda: Oracle of Ages.
Feel free to use my work personally however you see fit, but do not profit off my efforts without my consent.
Be excellent to everyone.
